Very good food. The steak was so delicious my daughter ate it before I was able to take a picture. The only reason I gave this place four stars instead of five is that some of their stuff is very unfriendly and the service is slow.

Every Saturday morning there is a weekly market with regional products. From vegetables to meat, cheese and bread you can buy everything here at reasonable prices. There is also a stand with self-made products such as jams, pestos and various salts. Sugar. Tea, crenas and syrup. The weekly market is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. From next Saturday there will be a stand with silver jewelry. Also a stand with pictures. At Fancy Food, self-made products are lovingly packaged. You can also buy Booja Booja chocolate there. In addition to vegetables, you can also buy pestos, jams, juices and syrups at the Wonnentäler. The Wonentäler can also be found on the Wiehremarkt on Wednesdays. Organic teas and olive oil can also be purchased from a small stall.

Neither the main course nor dessert could convince, unfortunately. There is also an unfriendly manner. Too bad.

Food was delicious, but portions too small and everything a bit overpriced. But purse was empty. Selection was small, soup was out, dessert was out. There were hardly any alternatives.

Outstanding place, very special if you're visiting this beautiful town. This is an iconic cultural Restaurant very famous under the region insiders. I lived myself 100m away from this place. Great atmosphere, great food, great beer and seating outside during sommer evening. Highly recommend if you're around Freiburg and the black forest.

Wonderful venue with cool acts.

Pretty crowded in the evening. But a nice atmosphere nevertheless. The waiters and waitresses are polite and friendly. They have a quaint theatre/performance room next to the restaurant that has events all days of the week (particularly crowded on the weekends). Food is also nice
